He is the Director, Business Advisory at GEORGID Consulting and has vast experience in Business Advisory, Audit, Project Management, Banking, and Financial Management & Modeling.
Mfon holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Nigeria, and an MBA from IESE, the International Business School of the University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain. He is an alumnus of both the Lagos Business School, and the London Business School. He is a member of the Engineering, Accounting, and Taxation professional bodies in Nigeria.
CHARLES C. OPARA
Director, Business Development
He sits on the Board of several companies, including Aurora Infrastructures Limited, Landasset and Trust Company Limited, Dynamic Towers Limited, Equinox Logistics, and Reliance Asset Management Limited South Sudan.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Nigeria and an M.Sc in Energy Finance from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland. His career spanning over 25 years includes positions as business development officer at Platinum Trust Ltd, Energy Analyst at Wood Mckenzie Energy Consultants in Edinburgh, Resources Analyst responsible for East and Central Africa at CRG Consulting (UK) Ltd, Director at Associates for Research (ARRDEL) London, United Kingdom.
Charles was the Country Head at Heliocentris Energy GMBH between 2014 and 2017 and has variously acted as transaction and origination adviser to Shanghai Cooltech Power & Engineering Company, Shanghai, China, Menapy Energy Brussels, and Connect2solution Hong Kong.
OLUWASEUN ADEWUMI, MCIPM, HRPL
Consultant, HR and Training
Her experience spans various industries such as Information Technology, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Education, and Consultancy Services.
Seun is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), United Kingdom, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), and holds a Master's Degree with a Distinction in Human Resources Management from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Lagos.
