These alliances will enable us meet the needs of our growing clients and broaden our impact speedily.
We are seeking experienced and competent individuals who are aligned with our vision and are willing to partner with us either as On-Demand Resource Persons or Strategic Business Allies.
This partnership does not place any obligation on either party except for the terms indicated in this document which may be captured in an MOU as necessary
This document outlines the terms of the proposed relationship which will be of mutual benefit.
On-Demand Resource Person
Upon acceptance, Resource Person will provide profile indicating area(s) of specialty/interest with contact details to be retained by GEORGID.
Resource Person will be contacted and informed in advance of any consulting or training opportunity that matches profile for confirmation of interest/availability.
Resource Person will agree terms with GEORGID.
GEORGID personnel will work with Resource Person to develop delivery materials consistent with GEORGID standards
Resource Person will show up at client site on the agreed date and time to deliver agreed service.
Benefits for Resource Person
Opportunity to serve and contribute to capacity building and business growth.
Opportunity to earn extra passive income:

Payment of honorarium or agreed fees as applicable (GEORGID
will be responsible for travel and accommodation cost where
applicable)
Strategic Business Ally
Strategic Business Partners will provide referral or leads to GEORGID on opportunities.
GEORGID will take the responsibility to follow through with such leads to the point of execution
Where such leads result in an executable business, the Strategic Business Partner will benefit the following:

20% of the revenue from the
initial engagement with the client
10% in perpetuity for repeat businesses from same client
