Who We Are

Hello, I am Idotenyin Isaac, Executive Coach and HR Consultant; presently the Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at GEORGID. I’m here to listen to and work with you to cocreate measurable success for you and your organization. As a People and Organisational Development enthusiast, I have done this for organizations in various strategic and operational capacities for over 20 years working with global brands across different industries and geographies.

Before now, I was the Field HR Manager at ExxonMobil subsidiaries in Nigeria. In that role, I was a thought leader providing strategic and operational HR support and partnership to ExxonMobil’s Management and also led several transformational initiatives. As the Board Chairman, I led the transformation of Pegasus Schools owned by ExxonMobil. Before then, I was an HR Advisor at Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company, helping to build their talent pipeline.

I kicked off my career as a Management Trainee with Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, ultimately rising to the HR Manager’s position at the Company’s largest bottling plant in Ikeja, Lagos. After that, I worked with Accenture as a Management Consultant. After that, I garnered further experience working internationally as a HR Research Professional with the Scottish Association for Mental Health in Aberdeen, Scotland.

I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from The Robert Gordon University, United Kingdom; a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, and a proud product of the prestigious Federal Government College Sokoto. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), United Kingdom; an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM); and a Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition, I am a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coach, Life Coach, and Jungian Coach.

I am passionate about human capital development and organizational success because I firmly believe that people are the livewire of any organization.
